Welcome to FlowLeads. By purchasing leads or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Definitions

  • “FlowLeads”, “we”, “us”, “our” – refers to FlowLeads.ca and its operators.
  • “User”, “you”, “client” – refers to individuals purchasing or receiving leads.
  • “Leads” – refers to contact information and details of individuals who have expressed interest in mortgage or real estate services.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

  • A licensed real estate agent, mortgage agent, mortgage broker, or related professional in Canada.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally able to contact leads for business purposes.

3. Nature of Leads

FlowLeads provides warm, high-intent leads generated through marketing campaigns.
However:

  • We do not guarantee conversion, response rate, or the financial outcome of any lead.
  • FlowLeads is not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated lead information.
  • Leads are provided as-is, based on the information submitted by the prospect.

4. Exclusivity

All leads sold are 100% exclusive to the buyer.

Once a lead pack is purchased:

  • It is removed from inventory.
  • No other agent or professional will receive the same leads.

5. Delivery of Leads

  • Leads are delivered directly to the email provided at checkout.
  • Delivery is typically instant or within several minutes.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct.

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and exclusive nature of leads, all sales are final.
Refunds are not provided for:

  • Lead quality or accuracy
  • Non-responsive contacts
  • Inability to reach a lead
  • Changes in your availability, licensing, or business needs

We take steps to ensure all leads are warm and legitimate, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

7. Appropriate Use & Compliance

You agree to comply with:

  • Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
  • Do Not Call regulations
  • Your professional licensing rules
  • Privacy laws governing personal information

You must only contact leads for legitimate business purposes.

FlowLeads is not liable for any misuse of lead information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • FlowLeads is not liable for losses, damages, lost revenue, or lost opportunities resulting from the use of our leads or services.
  • Your decision to contact, follow up, or work with a lead is your own responsibility.
  • We make no guarantees regarding the number of deals, closings, or revenue generated through our leads.

9. Modification of Service

FlowLeads reserves the right to:

  • Change pricing
  • Update inventory
  • Adjust lead categories
  • Modify or discontinue parts of the service

We will post updates to these Terms & Conditions when changes occur.

10. Privacy

All lead information is collected with consent through our marketing funnels.
We do not sell, share, or distribute your information or the information of purchased leads to third parties except as required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and materials on FlowLeads.ca are the property of FlowLeads and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes must be resolved within Ontario jurisdiction.
